Return & Exchange Policy
At haventhreads,we’re committed to making sure you love your purchase and will work with you if there’s ever an issue.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- With manufacturing defects
- Or incorrect details
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@haventhreads.shop with your order number and clear photos.
We will replace or remake your item at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, your Product enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return or replacement shipping.
- For the returns of approved goods, the customer is responsible for the transportation costs of the returns.
